Cannot complete Out of Nowhere triumph
Out of Nowhere triumph:

I am doing exactly as in the triumph description, but no progress is gained.

I found that after applying the debuff, only normal melee on the debuffed targets counted for the triumph. Killing them with weapons did not count. I'll escalate to see if it is the description that is wrong.
