I know this is unnecessary but it has to be implemented at somepoint.
Suraya Hawthorne needs to get an overhaul including new dialogues.
More customisation
Clan versus clan pvp
More clan features ect.
Introduce decorations
A clan stronghold / zone / flagship
Rework the D2 companion specific (clans category design emblem ect.)
Add tower clan leaderboards
Add message clan of the week ingame
