On PC, the Meridian Constellation universal ornament for the Warlock's bond appears to be bugged: the glowing thing maintains a set distance from the Warlock's arm, but it does not rotate along with the arm. It looks like it is intended to remain in a certain position relative to the rest of the bond, but it doesn't.
