Bought 3000 silver, got 15000 then was charged for it
Hey guys, I know on your website it says no refunds on silver but I didn't want 15,000 I only wanted the 3000 for 40$ C. Instead i was charged 170$ C and got 15, 000. Any chance I could get a bone here? I spend money on silver once a month for a few nick nacs but thats kinda ridiculous.
I spent 1000 silver already but I only want a refund on 12,500 since I purchased the 3000+500 bonus.
Let me know what you can do or if I should messaged xbox market place
