Pretty self explanatory. I was incredibly disappointed after creating my Warmind Cells Titan build and learning that Sleeper Simulant, Rasputin's most incredible and powerful weapon according to the lore and the mission, does not spawn Warmind Cells being a the Warminds most powerful weapon. If they enable Sleeper Simulant to drop Warmind Cells, they would give the weapon new life. Hell, they can even tie that functionally to it's Catalyst if they want. But please make it spawn Warmind Cells. It currently makes no sense that Rasputin's strongest weapons does not spawn them. Thank you reading friends.
