Your data shows that you've had several deleted characters, with one of them having over 600 hours of playtime and another over 80 hours of playtime. Unfortunately, your characters could only be deleted manually from within the game by someone logged in with your account, either on your system or somewhere else. Once they've been deleted, they're gone and will not be restored.
