Since updating to Windows 11, I am experiencing severe stuttering during matchmaking, both in-game as well as in other applications - down to 2-5 FPS. It only happens when NOT in Fullscreen mode, and only happens when Destiny is running. When in Fullscreen, other apps will still stutter during Destiny matchmaking, but Destiny itself is fine.
