Remember the useless ASCENDANT LENS from last year's event. It now has a purpose.
If you got this last year, in H.E.L.M. you will see a mission marker to go see Mara Sov. Once you talk to her you will get a bag of Festival of the Lost loot that has some nice stuff.
On YouTube some people have said you actually still need the Ascendant Lens in your inventory to do this, but if you're like me and you eventually deleted it, you might think you're out of luck.
Well, you're not! I went to see Mara Sov anyway and I still got the loot. I think all you need is to have collected the Lens last year.
Give it a try. You get at least 3 Festival weapons and other stuff, so why not?
