I am someone who uses captions in game and after reading https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/50745 I am seeing things are finally going to be looked at. I have sometimes to read what is on screen because things like triumphs, rewards, and general game lighting obscure the text. I would like to see captions be an always top layer on screen and with black behind them to make it easier to read. When notifications like triumphs appear, the captions should get out of the way so I can read what I got. Many times I will get something during dialog and have no idea what either thing says.
