I didn't get the laser tag emblem when redeeming it from the postmaster
I went and collected it but it's nowhere to be found I check my collections and triumphs aswell but nowhere :(

That emblem is no longer being awarded.

The item that showed up in player's Postmaster was a package that unlocked a Triumph. After claiming the package you had to them go claim the Triumph which would award the emblem. Unfortunately the Triumph for that emblem was part of the content vaulting that occurred with the release of Beyond Light and there is no way to claim vaulted Triumphs.
