Does Explosive payload buff damage in PvP
So I heard that it does buff your damage in PvE, and it already reduces drop off damage.
If both of these work in PvP that will be absolutely one of the best perks not only in Endgame PvE but also in PvP

No it divides you damage into 2 halfs.In d1 it did ( good ol cryptic dragon days) but that was way too good. Its still a good option simce it causes massive flinch and has great wallbang potential.

No, it doesn’t. EP, however is still one of the best perks in PvP because like you said before it reduces damage dropoff but it also increases flinch and quite alot. It’s why Fatebringer is one of the best weapons in PvP.

Explosive Payload in Pvp takes the Damage and spreads it out. Its mainly used to Cause Flinch. Especially if it's Paired with High Caliber Rounds, it cause more Flinch.
