So, Why are Firing Line and Explosive Light so bad?
Seriously, Why are perks that we have to put effort into procing WORSE than pe- Okay we all know I am talking about Vorpal Weapon. I honestly don't get it. Who thought that was a good idea? Who? I can't for any reason think of why perks that take time or a situation to proc are just worse to use than a perk that takes literally no set up.
For the sake of balance, please fix this.

4 RisposteExplosive light is not much effort either. With orb generating weapon u will have 6xtimes the buff in no time. That is six rockets with 15% damage buff and blast radius increase. It stays on stowed weapon and also gather new stacks on stowed weapon. What is there to not like ? And on top of that elemental well buffs , god slayer rockets.
