So, Why are Firing Line and Explosive Light so bad?
Seriously, Why are perks that we have to put effort into procing WORSE than pe- Okay we all know I am talking about Vorpal Weapon. I honestly don't get it. Who thought that was a good idea? Who? I can't for any reason think of why perks that take time or a situation to proc are just worse to use than a perk that takes literally no set up.
For the sake of balance, please fix this.

4 RisposteIn some cases, because people complained. Others like Explosive Light? I'd like to know the same thing because you can't just reduce a buff from 70-15% and not tell anyone, especially since said buff is now overall weaker than two other fairly common perks, it is a PINNACLE PERK, and no one ever complained about Wendigo. I can't wait to see how they butcher perks like Onslaught or Magnificent Howl again.
