After checking multiple times I am not able to trasmog Hood of the Exile even though it appears in my collections page. I've checked back and forth and confirmed that I have acquired the helmet in the past yet it does not show up on the menu. Additionally he other trials year from that set (chest, arms, ect.) only sometimes appear and only some are able to be trasmoged. Is this a bug or am I just not able to trasmog the helmet anymore?
