Is Stylish executioner [i]replacing[/i] flawless execution? This has been worrying me a lot since the void 3.0 reveal. The perk just seems like a down grade no matter how I look at it. Which has me worried about if it’s replacing flawless execution or if it’s own separate aspect. For example: Imagine if devour was changed so that you no longer had to consume a grenade to proc devour but you only healed off killing enemies that are suppressed, weakened, or volatile. That would be a huge nerf since before you could keep on healing as long you killed any enemy.
