Encore not procing with timed payload in pvp
Has anyone else noticed that timed payload isn't procing in PVP with encore? Got a sweet new Judgement roll and (I think) the payload portion of it (when it gets the kill) isn't recognized with encore (precision kill or not) and isn't triggered. It's a shame because I really want to use the new perk.
