Decrypting the darkness is bugged
I currently have 2 quests that are stuck on the same step. It says to go to the ubrell decoder at the H.E.L.M to pick up the quest "decrypting the darkness". Yet when I do there is no quest to pick up. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If you've never unlocked the Recaster on a character then you can get the quest in question by progressing the Wayfinder's Voyage I quest up to step 3. However, if you previously unlocked the Recaster on a character then it won't unlock for alts and new characters.
