Hello all, I am having an issue where I am unable to accept the quest known as decrypting the darkness, i have seen some people mention that opening umbral engrams should work and complete the quest but i am in a situation where I cant even star or accept the quest so in my mind it wouldn't make sense for that to fix the problem but in any case I have farmed multiple umbral engrams just in case and my prediction was right, I am still stuck and cant accept the quest in the helm. My question is how can I restart the quest or fix this issue to start the quest so that I can focus umbral engrams.
