Ascendant Ballast I Bugged?
I have collected all 10 anchors in the shattered realm and yet I am stuck at 7. I have checked and checked and I have grabbed all of them because I can't find anymore. I even looked at other people's videos and as far as I can see I am not missing any of the 10. Please help?
