BTW its not just windows 7 I have a brand new build clean install of windows 10 Pro and im having muliple issues with that machine as well as my windows 7 computer too.

Plus we had reports of people upgrading to 10 and it still not working, and some upgraded and it did work (one even upgraded, got it working, but had no sound ingame)

Yup we've been seeing reports from versions 8 and 10 as well, but not as many as 7. Seems like it could be some obscure collection of windows dlls that some installs/versions are missing or can't process.
