Bumping again for visibility.
It baffles me how they didn't think to check or test if Battleye was even compatible with all of the operating systems they advertise D2 can run on, while simultaneously not being surprising at all that they let this happen because Bungie.

At least they acknowledged the issue

Just like they acknowledged the issue of cinematics running at 2 fps but never actually found or implemented a fix for it. The only real hope I'm holding out for is that, unlike the issue with the cinematics which was annoying and an inconvenience at best, this issue is actively preventing a not insignificant portion of their playerbase from playing anymore. I would hope that means anything to them.
