Merciless is Unusable in PvP
I have been a Merciless main for a long time in PvP, but I don't think I can uses it anymore.
The 5 bolts are inconsistent and don't hit very hard.
The charge time of 1040 is longer than 1k at 1000 (a heavy weapon that had the longest charge time in the game)
The charge time is slower than some of the longest TTKs in the game
