I attempted the Arsenal Walker public event in the Outskirts in the EDZ and immediately noticed the enemies were skipping around. Apparently the invisible wall force field, the one that pushes players back from areas they aren't supposed to enter, has been increased 100 fold for the Torch Cannon Barriers. The enemies and I were literally getting tossed about and in the air just by getting too close to the Torch Cannon Barriers. This means it is impossible to turn the public event into a Heroic public event because you cannot approach the arc charge deposit points. It also seemed to affect the loot crate, because upon spawning it got wedged between some rocks and then was launched into orbit.
