Yup, I can confirm that after putting all the needed dll-s, installing C++, .NET, directx and nvidia latest drivers and what not I'm now stuck on 0xc000007b.
Seems BattleEye is not working with WIN7 and blocking the game from launching... nothing we can do until it gets fixed (hopefully)...

I'd like to say that battleye is blocking destiny2 on win10 too, just a different executable file
