I'm a bit confused (normally) but today about something specific. I met my weekly quota with Eva Levante opening 7 chests in the EAZ and went to pick up my tier 3 powerful gear at the tower. I'm sitting at 1311 with a 14 bonus (1325). Shouldn't tier 3 powerful gear be a 1314 for me? All I got was 1311 Eternal Blazon. Even the weapon tier was only at range 1. Can someone explain? Is my game glitching out? I've been stuck at 1310-11 for a really long time only recently getting my first 1312 drop just the other day. Thoughts?
