Tier 3? WTF?
I'm a bit confused (normally) but today about something specific. I met my weekly quota with Eva Levante opening 7 chests in the EAZ and went to pick up my tier 3 powerful gear at the tower. I'm sitting at 1311 with a 14 bonus (1325). Shouldn't tier 3 powerful gear be a 1314 for me? All I got was 1311 Eternal Blazon. Even the weapon tier was only at range 1.
Can someone explain? Is my game glitching out?
I've been stuck at 1310-11 for a really long time only recently getting my first 1312 drop just the other day.
Thoughts?

Hi there. Powerful rewards cannot drop higher than your level once you've reached the 1310 hard cap. They will only drop at your current level, regardless of which tier. After 1310, only Pinnacle rewards will drop at higher levels until you reach the 1320 max.
