Thought on the Steam Deck?
Valve showed off a portable system to play steam games today.
It honestly looks alright, but I'll wait for release to see how the hardware works with games I want to play.
It's also isn't locked down so you can install windows or probably emulator's

The only reason I would get into steam again is to see if Skyblivion or Fallout 4: New Vegas turn out any good, since they obviously won’t be coming to consoles. Probably not worth the money in that case given those mods inevitably won’t live up to the hype, but if I did want to get back into PC gaming this is the first thing I’d look at now that I know it exists.
