While O Veracity Mine is active and you are aiming down sights, targets who aim down sights at you are blinded.

Edit: The catalyst does seem OP, I think one like Deathbringer or a poison proc would be better. Edit 2: Also, unless it has a lot in reserves, I don't think it's suitable as a primary because of it's weapon type and mag size.
