The bounty 'Challenge: The Shattered' from Petra in the dreaming city never works properly. I've gone and located Toland twice in the current week's ascendant challenge and the bounty failed to complete both times. I went after the white wisp, the voiceline played, and the wisp disappeared, but the bounty was still incomplete. I tried again a few days later but still in the span of the same week with the wisp spawning in a new location and the bounty still failed to complete.
