Exotic Quest | Symphony Of Death - Possible Bug
I'm on Step 4 of 7 that states "Enter the Scarlet Keep strike and slay the High Conductor, Sulmakta, within."
I've done this on other characters in previous seasons so I know the HC spawns in the second room up the elevator before the boss. However, I've run the strike twice this season and both times the HC wasn't there.
Is there a chance this is now bugged?
