Eternal Heretic Triumph
I completed PoH with a friend and I didn't die, it came up at the end saying that I had done it flawless but then I didn't have a triumph to collect.
Even on the companion app it states that they died 6 times and myself 0.

Triumph is only awarded now when the whole fireteam goes flawless.
