Literally the only thing that mattered out of that story was
We don’t have enough damage so they left.

A real pro move is understanding when people aren't as prepared or experienced as you, and helping them get to that point. Leaving because they didn't have enough damage isn't a pro move, it's a dick move. A real pro would have taught them how to do better, without being an ass about it.

It’s not elitism. It’s time management. Some peoples lives are in fact more important than others. Is what it is. Not everyone is a bum who can play the game non stop and get nothing done

It's "Time Management", but for being carried. OP mentioned that the two guys were doing similar and in some cases less damage than the rest of the group. They ended up leaving because they knew they weren't going to get carried by the rest of the team.
