Shadelight is a legion of Guardians made up of both veterans who slayed the Black Heart in 2014, and of New Lights who have come in recent months. Regardless, we have space for Guardians of all kinds, leaving no one behind due to their light level or any bigoted reason; Destiny is a game for everyone, and it will stay that way with clans like Shadelight, groups designed from the beginning to have fun, cherish people, and love the universe of Bungie's making.
