Change how special ammo drops work in PvP
You should not be able to pick up special ammo from an enemy player you did not kill. I'm getting real sick and tired of people stealing my ammo from a kill they didn't get, just to shotgun rush and die like an idiot with it. You want special ammo? Get some kills and earn it.
