I got DC'd during a Flawless PoH run and after continuing from where I left off, I didn't get the triumph..

You have tone kidding. You lost one whole hour, omg what shall you do? I spent a few hours going after solo flawless, started over a few times, but got it in the end. You are only doing flawless? That is very easy with a fireteam, do it again. Kids today...
