Valor and Infamy rank not being counted towards in seasonal challenges
I have ranked up my valor and infamy ranks multiple times before and after the release of their respective seasonal challenges but both seem to be stuck on 1/5, anyone else had this?

Hi there. These challenges are not retroactive and they do not count sub-ranks, i.e. Heroic II and Heroic III. So you could have gone from Heroic to Fabled III, for example, and that would only count as one rank.
