I have been grinding out solo prophecy runs for weeks trying to go Flawless and I finally did it last week but when I beat the dungeon I got my last pinnacle Engram but no triumph or cottontail shell. I really don't want to try that again. Is there any way to contact Bungie about this and see if they can retroactively give me the rewards that you're supposed to earn for a solo flawless run
