title says it all. if I type something into the fireteam text chat, it can take 5 to 10 seconds before ANYONE sees it (including myself). I have tried restarting my pc. I looked up this issue and couldn't find anyone who had a similar issue. in the video, my internet test looked slow, but when I ran another one right after I closed OBS it went up to 180mbps download, and 6 upload. I have figured out that discord DOES NOT affect this issue. I rarely play with OBS open so thats not it. Any help would be appreciated. this glitch started on thursday.
