I tweeted out @BungieHelp and @Bungie, but didn't receive a reply/acknowledgement =( (https://twitter.com/OniLynx69/status/1371793867901571072) But, it appears that Handheld Supernova's are still able to kill the user when receiving self-damage in PvP. I tested this out in a private match, and was able to kill myself multiple times, even under a rift. See appended link for additional verification of issue.
