The clan recruitment forum just isn't cutting it. There doesn't seem to be that much traffic and the traffic that does exist is for gigantic multi-clan networks with 1000s of players that spam upvotes to get their posts in the "trending" section. It's difficult for people to find/recruit for smaller clans. There also isn't a great way to sort for certain types of clans/players. 3rd party sites aren't great either. Anyways, let me know if you know of a good way to find/recruit other than the recruitment forum.
