I'm starting to be convinced that I might just be somehow bugged, or maybe there's some type of RNG that shouldn't exist that allows "High Stat" armor to roll just like any other average roll of armor that I find in the world- Because I have yet to get any sort of armor that literally drops the [i]specified or even non specified stat [/i] to roll higher than the average drop from any wrathborn hunt. Not even the weekly High celebrant gives me high stat armor that it claims to promise, it's all just one big quest to get a common evenly distributed stat roll armor at 54-ish points like everything else I've gotten. Anything I've got higher than that (Which is very little by a few points), i've earned through mindlessly being out in open world which doesn't make sense. Others are saying that wrathborns are the way to go, and I see them roaming with way higher numbers. (Not accounting for mods that raise or lower stats) I feel like there's something wrong. Is this normal?
