So I decided to try and do the Xenophage quest today and I got to the lost sector puzzles and something was wrong with them. For one it'd take almost 2 minutes for me to be able to shoot a tile for it to actually change, and even if I did get all of the symbols matched to what they needed to be the fragment wouldn't spawn, any ideas on why this is happening?
