Celestial Universal Ornament Bundle Package

Hello Bungie can you or any other players help me with this?
I just bought Universal Ornament Bundle Package and I’m pretty sure all Characters are suppose to have the Ornament right?
How do I get it on my other characters?

3 RisposteUniversal ornaments only apply to characters of the same class. So if you bought the bundle and your account has 3 Warlocks then Yes all 3 Warlocks can use these ornaments. But these ornaments don't apply to Hunter and Titans which have their own specific sets.
