High Celebrant - Not dropping powerful reward
High Celebrant hunt formally a pinnacle reward is now showing as a powerful, but drops at -1 base power (NOT POWERFUL).
Only tested with leg armor reward.
Wife also needed a powerful leg and did the same mission the FOLLOWING DAY and also got a non-powerful leg drop.
Therfore same thing happened twice in two totally different instances.

5 RisposteNow that it’s a legacy quest High celebrant no longer awards powerful gear. Only reason to do it is if you haven’t gotten the ship or want high stat armor.
