I had 78 feathers after the first week because I collected all 5 sets of feathers in a single run, then used both of my other guardians to clear the Harbinger quest. Finished the Paracausal Plumage Quest for Radiant Accipiter on my first run of week two and still haven't gotten the Lightseeker Triumph. Because the feathers are only needed for unlocking the ship they cannot be collected after getting Radiant Accipiter.
