During my flawless raid attempt, I got an error code bee. I thought I was still good for the flawless run, when my fireteam told me the error code wouldn't affect it the run. When we cleared the raid flawless, my fireteam got the flawless triumph but not me. I looked myself up on raidreport and it shows that I have a flawless clear, but I don't have the triumph.
