Did not get the Flawless triumph for GOS even after death-free completion.
We were chasing the Inherent Perfection triumph for GOS. We completed the raid without anyone dying. The raid report is attached. However, we did not get the triumph?
We did make 1 guy pull everyone to encounters. Could this be the reason?
