Charged with light mods. How can I get those?
I check Banshee everyday for 15 days and still no charged with light mod, he gives us only normal mods that we already have, plus I could drop mods from him before, now i don't this to happen.
can you guys help?

They are rng, in terms of stock and drops. Rank up packages with banshee have a chance of dropping one, so maybe cash in some weapon parts... I think maybe you can get them after activity completions too?
