I got The Lament sword and while it is great, I hate that I have to get in close to use it (although it is really devastating if you use it right). So I dusted off my Black Talon (with catalyst) and started using it again and I'm finding it more versatile while being almost as deadly. Close in it slays most things, but you can also launch really hard-hitting and accurate projectiles to hit enemies at a distance. Try taking down a Shrieker with The Lament and you'll see what I mean. And if you guard first and then launch a projectile it does even more damage. And aesthetically it is such a beautiful weapon compared to The Lament, like a Ferrari compared to a dump truck. Not that Destiny players care about how their Guardian looks... Psst...but you know what my extra special favorite sword is? Worldline Zero. There is nothing better and more wonderful than it, such a useful sword and...ha ha, I'm just kidding. Nobody uses that thing. So what's your favorite sword. Falling Guillotine (very,very good too), Black Talon, The Lament or something else? Cheers all.
