Xur Exotic Cypher quest doesn't work
Last week I picked up the quest and did 21 activities. Once I turned it in I got no exotic cypher anywhere. Not in my inventory, postmaster or vault. Note that I do not have an exotic cypher in my inventory to begin with.
I'm gonna try and do it again this week but I feel like this is a bug and that's really annoying because exotic cypher is really hard to come by...

1 RispondiThis is still broken. I have gone to Xur for 3 weeks. No exotic cypher quest available and I don't have one in my inventory. Please fix this Bungie.
